What questions are you supposed to answer when ordering? I've ordered coffee at McDonald's before. I told them the size and the amount of sugar and cream. If I ordered in Starbucks or any other similar coffee shops, what other preferences can I tell the barista?
How do you order your Americano, espresso, mocha, latte, and such?

Do they come sweetened by default or do you have to tell the barista how sweet you want it? I remember that there are some drinks that use whip cream, which ones are they?
