A TV series where he gets in his Subaru and drives around America looking for the most interesting fast food restaurants attached to gas stations all the way from the mundane McDonalds/Shell to really weird shit like an Arby's attached to a Phillips 66. He'll talk to the employees and review the menu items and maybe review the gas stations as well. Discuss which flavor of MD 20/20 is best paired with BK chicken fries.
The twist is that the food isn't very good, but Matt compensates for it with a really over the top and flamboyant style on camera.

I once suggested Matt do a survivalist program similar to Bear Grylls' Man vs Wild, where he consumes his own fecal matter to survive in the wilderness.
