I remember watching an anime in English dub, it's set in the future, in a city with humans and robots and the robots start to turn or something. I think one of the main characters is an oldish man. It was very popular if I remember.

Maybe one more thing you can help me with. I watch a couple of animes in the mid 1990's on VHS and they had a couple of twin cat like girls in and they were the "bad guys" in the movie. Does that ring a bell?
