Unicorns will start to make a comeback, but soon their sudden population explosion will leave much of the planet devastated and devoid of resources leading to mass extinction events. We will be forced to build spaceships out of dead unicorns and seek out new and different worlds to colonize. Aliens will one day find the shattered husk of our homeworld strewn with faintly glowing unicorn horns and piles of bone. The aliens will try to piece together what happened by translating our works and history all across the globe, but they will get caught up following Game of Thrones instead and lose interest in any historical research. Our people and their accomplishments will forever remain a mystery to future civilizations.
