How so? You're not allowed to file bankruptcy for student loans. You can file bankruptcy and get rid of ANY other loan type, including federal and civil fines. if you pay off the one type of loan with cash that you got from another type of loan, you only have the bankruptcy-able loan type left, and file away. it will fuck your credit rating, but fuck that.

I believe if you take out a car loan, you cannot transfer ownership unless the debt is paid off. I could be wrong.

Also, bankruptcy doesn't work like magic. You go to court and your finances and history are put under a microscope. I think this might fall under some sort of fraud.
