lol, it's totally taking some inspiration from minecraft. One of the devs on the games blog has a minecraft character as their avatar, even.
also, i downloaded and it's even more of a resource hog than minecraft... being a 2D sprite based game, presumably not written in Java, these guys are making notch look like a programming god!
It seems like it would be pretty fun if it didn't keep lagging horribly and crashing on me. OH WELL!
