microsoft lost me when they did the ribbon interface for office, and very much lessoning the degree of customization puzzle. I had special buttons that I made myself all over the place, but now to do some stupid thing that used to take one click, it's two or more clicks, and you can't just look at the screen for what to click when the fuckin thing is on a different ribbon than the current ribbon
