Topic: Why did my therapist cut the session short?
assORted !jJEom8Ii3E started this discussion 9 years ago #59,686 I was there for 10 minutes and I got all full of anxiety. So I said I was hurting in the stomach and cooled off in the bathroom for about five minutes.
When I came back she was talking to some other doctor and she told me that she thinks I should go home because there are other people who are also hurting in their gut.
Said fine. But I don't see how that makes sense. (Edited 22 seconds later.)

Does that sound like a reasonable explanation?

Sounds pretty reasonable to me. You could try explaining that your stomach pains were from anxiety, not illness.

Alright, good plan.
