Ever since he came back from his vacation in South America he hasn't been the same. When I greeted him on the airport he hugged me only to then push me down against the floor for calling him his name "I AM NOT HIM I AM NOT THAT GUY!" when everyone looked at us he started screaming at them too, demanding why everyone looks so angry or something like that. Talking to him was no longer possible. During the ride home he just smiled out the Window, gazing at pedestrians. The first night i awoke only to find him in the bathroom, cutting off his hair in the dark with a kitchen knife. Still smiling.
I managed to get him to a therapist and he is there now but that was before I saw his bedroom. There are dr.phil pictures all over the walls and a make shift dr.phil costume, covered in cocaine. He will be home soon, nice knowing you all.
