The intelligent left-wing political satire of the likes of Orwell and Priestly has been replaced by the sneering, snarky 'comedy' of the Hollywood elite. It's part of the American left believing that everyone who opposes them is an "idiot" and a "retard" who should "fucking kill yourself".

I haven't seen a lot of the daily show but how are they mocking ordinary people?
