In the way coal and diamonds are the same thing?

@previous (I)
even more than how coal and diamonds are the same thing: coal and diamonds have different rock/mineral names despite being of the same element, because the atomic bond structure is different. but with saphire and ruby, they are both same mineral, i.e. have the same atomic bond structure, beyond just being the same chemical compound.
