FuckAlms may or may not belong to a group known as the 'Ancient Illuminated Seers of Bavaria' and I have reason to believe they're actively harassing people like OP with ELF/microwave weaponry.
The only way to protect yourself @OP is to make a cap out of tinfoil. You'll need to wear this hat at all times, but it might allow you to take your life back... admittedly that would be a best case scenario though.
