So no one can say I changed my mind about Trump after they come true.
Predictions:
Trump will not build the wall (maybe one or two sections for photo ops but no Great Wall of China/Berlin Wall/Israel-Palestine wall type of thing)
Obamacare will receive several minor tweaks (like a cut in the medical device tax and insurance policies being allowed to sell across state lines) and be rebranded as Trumpcare but will be substantially the same.
11 million undocumented immigrants won't be deported: there will be some amnesty deal worked out.
Deportations will be no greater than the Obama administration average.
There won't be a Muslim ban or registry.
China doesn't go to war with America over the Taiwan-Trump phone call.
Gay marriage remains legal.

There will be more illegal immigrants at the end of Trump's term than at the beginning.
Trump will still not build The Wall

RFK and Elon will not be appointed to any position requiring senate confirmation, nor make any meaningful changes to the government.
Federal spending will be higher at the end of Trump's second term than the beginning; there will be no large scale dismissals of Federal employees
There will continue to be elections in 2028 and beyond
