If I didnt stay here to take care of my grandmother, the care given to her would be far beyond sub par.
If I was not studying to get a certification in computer repair, How else would I be certifiably able to overcharge people because of their sheer stupidity and lack of common sense with their tech?
and while I am not currently studying or schooling for it, graphic design has a myriad of applications, whether it be some advert that causes wrecks due to its sheer awesomeness, or fixing that flab on some self concious woman's ass.

For example, balance isn't actually a necessary component of good journalism, though most of the public (who, in your future, are going to be producing the world's journalism) probably believes it is. The most accurate story will be representative of the actual situation - not every story has two sides, and it takes a journalist to understand that.
