I currently have a patient at the Retard Clinic who is also a college football fanatic. His life literally revolves around groups of fat, sweaty, hairy men in ballistic armor, who have literally nothing to do with him and literally do not even know he exists, prancing about in tights, grabbing one another's butts, and throwing oblong balls to one another. Luckily, he has insurance.
