I'm inclined to disagree, as transplanting stool from a healthy donor into the colon of another is an actual medical treatment for someone with recurring and chronic infections of the bacteria Clostridium difficile, which causes inflammation of the large colon. I have also heard of it being used as a treatment for IBS, but I don't know if it's medically approved for IBS.
Edit: Most likely not a medically approved treatment for IBS, but is rather classified as an experimental one.
