Topic: Are liberals pro choice or pro life?

On the issue of abortion they value the choice of the woman and not the life of the baby.
On the issue of gun control they value life and not the choice of the gun owner

I take it from your outburst that you are pro choice. What is your stance on gun control?

It's the second amendment, you dumbass. Everyone has a right to own a firearm. The issue is how to ensure people do not commit evil with such tools.

There are liberals on both sides of any issue. You seem to have a problem with black and white thinking.

Maybe I should start adding a "paranoid as a NY Jew" option to polls

If the right wants to prevent people from having an abortion then why don't they encourage safe sex? This would, hopefully, lead to less overcrowded families and fewer abortions. Not to mention less strain on the U.S. welfare system.

Liberals tend to be pro-choice, and a pro-life liberal is more uncommon than not.

That being said, there are liberals who have different opinions on issues, and it's not entirely black and white.

The welfare system is supposed to help those who are vulnerable and in need. It doesn't account for those who are lazy and feel as though they are owed something. If welfare is offered to all those that want it regardless of circumstance to the detriment of those that need it, are you pro choice or pro life?

Are Conservatives pro-death or pro-life? They are against abortion, but they love war and the death penalty.

In terms of crime, they tend to lean towards tough on crime policies, and conservative states tend to be more likely to have a legal death penalty.

I already told you I am neither, you retard. And how does the main purpose of welfare have anything to do with people abusing it by having more children and thus getting more tax ride-offs? If you don't want people abusing the system and getting abortions as well. Just encourage more safe sex. Possibly through advertising and educational programs.

The exception is California, which I do believe has one of the largest and most notorious death rows in San Quentin.

Texas and Louisiana tend to execute the most prisoners.

Becky would probably know the exact year and I probably have my facts wrong, but in 2008-2010 (may be even before), than the supreme court ordered a suspension of the death penalty on a federal level after concerns were raised on if it fits the classification of a "cruel and unusual punishment" after a botched execution occurred and the prisoner took over an hour to die after a dose of lethal injection. Some states are still or have even ordered their own suspension due to that incident at a state level. I'm probably talking out of my ass though, since I'm too lazy to look it up and do fact checking.
