Normally this wood be no big deal because all the equipment that fills this building to overflowing has been designed for such an event on floor as well as on top of the racks that hold various cell company assets. AT&T stuff is even designed for total outside with no protection enviros with assumption that wind will drive rain inside the louvers wide open to the air.
I have to work on the floor and none of my breadboards have much in the way of moisture protection and rain drops were falling on my stuff nor did I dare touch anything or this Synax wood have been French Fried.
Firedept was cool nuff to agree to run hoses in and suck out as much as they could until a private company could arrive and mop up - And to think IF IF I had considered for just a few more moments I wood have gone to local Walmart or Big Five and buy some rubber boots so I could wade in and disconnect some stuff. Got fans and heaters in to dry all out and roofing company is pouring hot tar tonight
