Not necessarily. He could just get replies from women he wouldn't want to fuck. Most of the women who are cute enough for the average dude to want to fuck probably get dozens of messages a week in a major city. Deal is and I think it was as true back in my days as it is now. Early on I asked a lot of girls out on dates. Was in fear of damaged ego so I was careful enough to find it rare to be rejected. But I was not skilled and so I ended up with way to much quantity instead of quality.
Takes some experience to discover that what works is not just taking them to bed cause there is that hang over in the AM and the need to figure out how to get them to exit and just go away.
Finding Quality takes some real skills only learned from try try again and fail and try again until one finds out why so many fails and THEN One can find Quality - On the downside - It becomes more easy to find the quality and they want to get married
