He goes by the name "Tommy Tooter". There is an extensive online history on this guy where he has admitted to giving his female dogs "noogies" (rubbing their vagina with his knuckle), molesting a runaway and all other types of fuckery. Once he comes into a community he will harass people until he is banned from the community. He has done this on TheRanter, AnotherMessageBoard, Kiwi Farms, etc. Right now he is being investigated for harassment of transwomen on Facebook. He also has tried to get a transwoman to give him her banking information. Overall, Tooter is a disgusting human being with no social value. Currently, he is on SSI and "busks" (begging for money while playing the saxophone and flute). Really is a sad pile of shit.
