I am actually quite good at talking to people at times, so I can give you some tips. I have never tried to talk to someone in exchange for sexual intercourse, but I think the most important thing you can do is be nice to that person. I often start off my conversation with "Hi! I'm __" and then you need to talk about what you think may interest him or her. Some common interests people have are pets (people like dogs and cats), food, and fun.
Then you need to say something like "Oh, you have a nice dress, where did you get it? I want one just like it." If they're wearing a dress, if not then shoes are a good choice whether you like their dress or shoes or not.

I'm not trying to act autistic, and I don't think I am. I'm trying my best to give OP advice and answer his question. I said I was trolling in the past to ease some of the anger towards me, but can you perhaps try to explain what part of my behavior is appearing or coming off as "autistic" so I can improve both my behavior and the advice so I am no longer coming off as autistic.
As for OP, the most important thing you can do when wanting to get along with a person is to be confident and not appear as afraid. If you act afraid of people then you'll make them afraid of you.
