Topic: Is Kiwi Farms Getting Worse?

Consider this the polar opposite of an 'is Kiwi Farms getting better' thread. For a while Kiwi Farms seemed to be improving slightly. They were meeting people in gay bars and seemed to be getting out more. There was an attempt to make money online even if it was executed totally backwards. They stopped obsessing about blarms (at least visibly). Of course there was moments where they failed but the trajectory seemed to indicate they were improving or at least coping better. Then we found out about the taint infection and wanting to fuck barb.
What if Kiwi Farms got worse? This isn't about wanting their life to deteriorate more but I am wondering about how they go on from here. How can they recuperate from an infection they don't even understand didn't originate from Wildchild? In the past their delusions were strange but harmless mostly. They are now life threatening.
What does everyone else think? Can they get worse in terms of health or behaviour or will they just cope with it? Will anyone have to step in to help them like the state or Nol?

I can tell you that it's pretty bad compared to the past. Before there were some ground rules on a-logging (being overly aggressive towards cows, such as wishing death upon them, or weening (cringey shit-tier trolling plans), now it seems that raids and actively trying to ruin the lives of people who they make a lolcow thread about are common, and even /cow/ finds their behavior at times to be insane and too extreme.

Once the farms had a thread on some autistic girl who wrote Mary Sue fanfiction. She found the thread and in response posted a picture of a white mouses genitalia. It looked like a palm full of cotton balls, nothing gross at all. You couldn't even tell what you were seeing. But the Farms flipped out and pulled such a pearl clutching that the pics had to be removed to spare their feelings.
