Gumbo is indeed Good Great Terrific and some in freezer and everyone at 2nites dinner party gets a small bowl as it was requested,I have added one key element to the pot of leftovers cause its tradition in the south - Greens I added more Collards cooked with some Tasso ham and other pot liquor makings to make it extra special
This is the Exact Colour of my Gumbo and looks very similar
