No but both of my cousins will. I was never close to the mother other than she was nice to both me and cousins. Usually only my kissing cousin and I attended the every few months Sunday dinner. A few but very few times They attended my Uncle and Aunts Sunday dinner.
Over the years I was a bit closer to the Son and only for technical reasons related to Electronics. (A full decade later or more) Have just a couple of minor stories to share about that.
Also but I will never No - Debbie may have been miffed at me for not realizing for about 3-4 years that she was Debbie Renold's the Singer and Actress. The house in Beverly Hills from the rooms I was in never had a hint of Stardom
I found out when after dinner the THEN Husband said lets look at a movie and I was set up cause the Movie was not much of one I wood chose to watch but for sure in seconds It hit me that his wife was the star in the Movie and considering how much I liked Singing in the Rain - But lights and make up vs a housewife not dressing to impress and NO MAKE UP - So they all had the last laff on me and my Cousin said I thought you new - It was just not a topic ever brought up
> He might. He did know Carrie when he was a wee kiddlet and had dinner with these people.
I got something rong re memories. There is no way I wood have felt Carrie in her Moms tummy pre birth. After talking to my cousin and she has one of those super memories like ask her about any random date and she can recall so much accurately
So I met Carrie when she was 4 years old Probably was 7-9 the last time was just after I got married and her Mom had us over to give us a wedding present. Turns out Debbie new my Wifes dad - Any serious Doxxer wood find my Father in Law was a screen writer on a number of movies and rote for several Radio shows.
Not rocket science to find that via some minor research.
Bottom line - Carrie? I do not remember a single word we spoke to each other but do remember a couple of things that wood maybe embarrass her re kiddlet behavior - She once asked me for help and I quickly went to the Step dad and said Carrie needs you. Nuff said

Did you launch her career though?

I have never once claimed to launch anyone's career
I have helped a few with such but that has been eons ago.
One exception - I took a friend in the music biz who wanted to branch out and produce Others She made enough money making famous albums but never once rote any of her own music. There is not all that much money to be made singing tunes others have written but Producing can be epic bucks a making
So I took her to the New Orleans Jazz fest and wanted her to do something with any one in the Cajun music making crowd - She passed on that but we kept going to one of 100's of great bands and I said hey you have never heard Cajun and it was not for you but I bet you will like THIS XYZ
She adored XYZ a Family band making New Oreleans Funk Blues and fell in love with one of the singers and ended up Producing him with a few hits - No one here probably even nos that person
yIKES I need to add - Fell in love with the singers talent music - He was and is still married

Hummmmm I was going to insult u re the decade but in fact if you as I do add up 6 years of Pre Med and 3 years+ as Med school damn it is now about one decade
From Start to finish at Harvard Med assuming she stays there which is probably not the case cause few go all the way from start to full working Grad Docs of Harvard - Its typical a full 11 years for say her being a practicing Surgeon and that does NOT count the 6 years of Pre Med
Typical is after the 5yr MD to become Resident/Intern for a few years and most often at some other Med School
Hate to say it this way but for me that wood be good cause I could either lease out the house or Sell it. Any other school wood be located in an area where Houses or Condos are more easy to buy - Cambridge is beyond near impossible to afford.
