Not considered anal sex, because it doesn't involve the anus. It would be considered to be sex, due to the genital contact, but I doubt sex with a stoma is common enough or provides enough gratification to give sexual activity via a stoma it's own classification.

Putting a foreign object inside a stoma would be extremely dangerous, because you're basically widening a hole inside your body leading to increased risk of infection, not to mention that I'm sure it would be painful.
