Is his inexperience with political matters. This means that anything he feels should be left up to the states could still go passed him when such bills arrive at his new desk. Does he know he has the power to veto bills? Right now it seems like all the Republicans have to do to bypass vetoing is to convince the new inexperienced president that it will help make America great again. Plus if any of the new laws passed damage the country then the Republicans have somebody to deflect the blame on. It is almost as if this is the perfect arrangement.

indeed, people keep focusing on trump, but the party as a whole has been pretty vile for quite a while, and if trump is smart enough he'll tell his party to fuck off as freely now as he did when he was running -- worst case scenario is that he does all the shit that the billionaire puppet masters have been making happen around the country over the years, just more of it

Yeah I don't think Donald Trump knows he can veto legislation. I hope Pence gets him to watch that one episode of Schoolhouse Rock about the legislative process so he can learn this vital fact about the presidency.
