The usual three options are:

1. Willpower
2. Acceptance
3. Suicide

But what if there is a 4th one fora? Ever heard of people who return from war nothing like their former selves? Maybe there is something similar like that which one can do in order to destroy that part of you which your addictions have a strong hold on.
