Literally, right outside, it looks like our arsonist is getting bolder now because a bush was on fire right next door to our apartment. It looks to be contained now, but the firefighters are cutting through a sealed off gate (lol). I might have to murder this son of a bitch, I mean, what?

But this incident scares me because the other fires seem to be within a confined space and this one was surrounded by shrubbery.

Apparently, there aren't any investigators doing their fucking job. Probably because we live in a small city and nobody gives a shit.
Nobody had thought of mounting cameras near the garbage cans. Probably because the apartment management is so fucking terrible. They put up paper near the garbage cans urging residents to report suspicious activity like that is going to do shit. Especially when it looked like it was ripped down and fired with a paintball gun. Fuck these fucking retards. I demand new management

Okay, good, there is a fire investigator out here now.
And apparently, we do have a suspect. Reports that it is an old man and there is a suspicious old man always going through the dumpsters in the morning. I thought he was homeless and I recall walking right passed him one day while walking the dogs. He was doing what appears like laying out cans for recycling.
