No, I'm in tech sales, and I'm supposed to be a supervisor soon (and if not I'm going to quit because of shit like this). What pisses me off is that he tells me my shit is too hard to understand. Maybe that's because the people I work with are fucking idiots. I have to write emails and notes for him all the time because he can't communicate on a professional level, and I'm not payed enough to do his job.

I'm working on doing something like that. The problem is there are a lot of people above him who are not much more competent than he is and some that will take his side rather than mine. If I throw him under the bus and it does nothing, or backfires on me, or gets him reprimanded but gets me no where, then it will make my life even more of a living hell. Right now it seems like the best thing to do is show the people above him how much of his work I'm doing so it will make me look good and move me up, instead of just trying to pull him down. That's why if I don't move up like they talked about I'm getting the fuck out of there.

I have a hard time visualising people who type like that as being real, normal, functioning people. I picture a child or a retard typing like that, but I have to remember that they're actually real people. It's hard.

I know what you mean. He's not dumb IRL and can verbally communicate just fine, but his emails, even to managers and people in corporate, are terrible. Most are a little better than this one, but I think he's just lazy.
