I'm an agnostic, but what leads me to lean towards intelligent design is human physiology looking at human physiology and how complex the human body is, it's hard to imagine how something that complex could appear via random chance.

I definitely agree. It's the complexity, and ingeniusness of the human body from a molecular level to how the organ systems seem to be able to work in complete harmony. It's just dumbfounding in a sort of way. If you took 100 of the best engineers, chemists, every sort of scientist, etc, and had them work together, they wouldn't be able to invent or create anything near as complex as the human body.

Is Deism really considered spirituality? If one believes that God is separate from the universe for which he programmed then how does one worship a deity who is absent from such a reality? What is the purpose of such worship if God doesn't see you?

When it comes to the Big Bang. Theories such as evolution through natural selection is anything but random. But you can question how nature knows just what is needed for the survival of a species. I'm pretty sure that true randomness is found, so far, only in quantum mechanics.
