Poor woman, even if you are supportive and accepting of transgender people it can be a challenge when someone close to you comes out. While it's 10x as hard for the person coming out, people often forget that there is a sense of loss which may come out as anger, depression, bargaing, denial, etc.
I didn't watch the whole video, but it's probably not pleasant for that woman.
