If everytime a dude was about to die, they would take his penis and transplant it on a person who does need a penis (like you) then how long could this happen to the same penis before it would die?

As long as the penis was on ice, then it could last for awhile. While, it would be possible to connect the penis to the urinary tract and I do believe they have before with surgery, the penis wouldn't be functional as a sexual organ and a person with a penis transplant wouldn't be able to get aroused.
