Pink Floyd ya better believe it. Back then I was married and wife and I traveled to many a show. It was just one of a few were we could get the best of seats at no charge but of course did pay for flights n hotels. Amazing use of lights n sound and just super quality music. Also if you know "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum? Direct and unique connection to Sounds of Pink Floyd.

Damn OP cause pressing my memory I could rite a book on the great music of that era
I even spent a bit of time in that business for unique reasons of needing to make a huge amount of money to finance the first Laser Disk recording system and much was funded by buying a bunch of companies that only designed n sold stuff for recording and reproducing professional audio. Miserable temperaments musicians are to work with but I suppose its the nature of creative arts.
Lots of pot smoked around me back then and coke coke coke bowls of coke everywhere and back then I had yet to sample that stuff. I have Dark Side of the Moon on my MP-3 but its not a ear bud or Headphone kind of music - Needs the very best HiFi system money can buy to fill a room with that album and all my super high end stuff in stuck in storage

I think the main issue here is that dadrock simply transcends any kind of definition. One could as easily define dadrock as one could define the human condition.
