There is no help out there anymore, my therapist moved to another city, waiting lists for counselling or any kind of help for depression or suicidal thoughts take months, even years. I have to post about how I'm feeling here sometimes because there is nowhere else to vent. If I keep it bottled up I feel like one day I will snap, I have been close to having a breakdown a few times this year but manage to keep myself level. One of these days I just won't be able to take it anymore and will end up hanging myself. I'm not going half-assed with a stupid attempt like pills or cutting, I will end hanging myself with a rope or bed sheet so I will not be able to back out. I've been researching a lot into it and different methods and it seems like the best way to go. I can tell that everyone despises me, I feel hideous all the time. All I ever wanted in life was to be loved but now I am alone all the time and I will never even have a friend. The only solace I get is in my sleep. I will make sure the rope/sheets cost under 20 bucks to fit in with the theme of this thread. I don't know how long I'll have before the bough breaks.
