I always delete everything on my phone regularly, but recently it's not enough.

Chrome feels clumsy. For example when I switch from tab and back to the same tab, I can't write anything. The text box appears but when I type nothing happens.

that started happening to me too recently. the text seems to appear in the address bar. closing the tab and reopening it works.
