If you've done any research on this bullshit, its not ending may 21st, that's just the rapture. (Apparently the Bible says it will happen in spring time(and it also says 'no man shall know the time or day)) the end will be Oct 21st. Its something to do with 'a day in gods eyes is 1000 years for man's and there was seven litteral days between gods warning to Noah about the flood, and apparently God liked double meanings (he sure has a ton in his book) and it also meant some bad shit would start 7000 years from then, which is apparently now.

I remember watching BBC news in 1999, there was a man who was convinced the world would end at the start of 2000, so he sold everything he owned. He went to live in the mountains or some shit.
