As far as I know nothing has changed recently regarding any kind of notifications. I also do not observe any change myself. What, specifically, are you referring to?

Check to see if any setting got changed such as the font, or zoom if it does look different? Or not if you prefer it better.

Looks like it depends on the user stylesheet. For example purple has it centered, violet does not. Still don't think this actually changed recently, though.
