Humans must be cuddled, they all must be treated like children. What that means is their comfort and security is a priority. But their independence is something to be avoided as much as possible.

We must give them the impression that they are at control of their own future when in reality we are preparing them for a chance of becoming a member in the ILO, the intelligent life organization.

The recommended method of parenting is unclear at this moment and increased funds for research of humans is requested from ILO.
