A guy is drinking milk in the presence of a woman he just met formally not so long ago.

The man is petting a cat and the woman notices he is drinking milk. Do you like milk she asks in a sweet way, he says u-huh.... I do like milk actually and they both chuckle a little.

Then the woman says she does too and they chuckle again. Just as they are chuckling, the man blushes massively. Like his hand and face just turned red instantly.

Explain the scenario i just described.

If it's a riddle, then I'm guessing that the man is allergic to cats, which increase the dilation of the blood vessels to his hands and face.
