Lots of bad Info. There Are 10,000 servers out there with open ports for the taking and you configure your browser And you take On the IP of that server.

You could pay for r04r VPN which is a proxy or some other competing proxy. If you mean a freebee like Hidemy ass - Syops maintains lists of such so they end up useless -
