I work 10 hour NOC shifts and have a 30+ minute bus ride there and back. So, that's 11 hours of my day out of 24 hours. It takes me another hour to get ready.

I have motor coordination impairment which makes learning new motor tasks difficult, my intelligence or ability overall isn't affected just my coordination.
I had pediatric mastocytosis when I was like 3, which is a rare disorder that causes overproduction of mast cells (much like a type of cancer), in the past decade then there has been a lot of research on the role of mast-cells in the brain. Due to this disorder that I had when I was like 3, then it's likely that it caused a dysfunction in my Basal Ganglia leading to dyspraxia and a severe childhood stutter.
It's not a matter of not affording a car, it's a matter of being the type of person that you don't want driving.

You don't have to answer, but if you have had a traumatic experience which causes night terrors then there are drugs which operate on the Alpha-androgenic receptors in smooth muscle cells and the CNS that can help and are perhaps one of the few medications prescribed for that side-effect. I would ask your doctor about Prazosin if night terrors are an issue and you do have a diagnosis of PTSD.
