But to answer your question, you can't generally rely on memories from when you were very young due to your brain still developing and new memories forming. You're prone to having a lot of false memories.

Memories are extremely unreliable and prone to interference and bias. The most rational answer is that your mind is filling in the blanks, expecially since you've been digging into conspiracy theories that involve child sexual abuse.

I revisit them once in a while. But it always ends the same:
Did i just "fill in the blanks" or are these real? The answer is always that I don't know and I move on. But then I try to answer again.

I say this from personal experience, having had experience with a similar symptom, is that you'll never be able to answer and you'll just drive yourself deeper and deeper into insanity by trying to answer.
At the least, don't try to answer them when you're in an altered state of mind due to being off your medication.

I didn't call you dumb, I said that I find the belief that I'm Matt to be dumb, because I obviously have more information that isn't available due to the distance of the internet (knowing for a fact that I am not Matt), so therefore with the information that I have available then it seems dumb to me, but may not be so for another person who doesn't have access to that information. However, what I can do is understand the suspicion that I am Matt due to his past behavior.

Regardless, what I'm asking is not to get rid of your suspicion, or automatically accept that I'm not Matt.
