I wish I was Jewish too. You get this rich cultural history going back 6,000 years, you get families full of successful people who help each other out, yummy corned beef sandwiches (I know gentiles can buy them too but it's just not the same), every Jewish holiday has a cool story about the Jews vanquishing their enemies. Judaica looks really cool, I like the silver chalices and stuff and that sheeps horn theng you bpow as a trumpet. Oh and mezuzah! You get a cool ornament to put on your door so G-d knows not to gesploot you.
The only part I wouldn't like is gefiltefish.

The second line was supposed to be a joke about how people blame "Jewish media", obviously, it failed.
The rest is about how Jewish families seem to be portrayed in the media in general as this perfect family.
The line regarding Transparent as a non-traditional Jewish family is just saying that they aren't a nuclear family and they are primarily Jewish.
Because the family consists of the main patriarch/matriarch, her daughter who wanted a divorce to be with her lesbian lover, an asshole who works in a studio that sleeps with more women than one can count, and the youngest daughter who quite obviously is genderfluid. Yet they are still a loving family from what I've viewed.

Is corn beef a Jewish tradition? I thought it was Irish. Why do you eat it on St. Patrick's Day then?
