Yeah, it probably is some intern pounding all these out, but I have to imagine there is some top-down path as to what is said; I can't imagine some hopeful intern writing that kind of stuff and thinking "That sounds appropriate to go out as the voice of my boss!"

i guess. it's just that they do have all the phone numbers and evidently can mass text them all. don't know what agency handles that or whatever. but they've got the ability to, whoever they are. the goberment i guess.
