I would strongly encourage you to drop your party affiliation because of today's leadership vote. Pelosi has been in power for at least a dozen years, with the vast majority of that time spent as an ineffective minority party increasingly unconcerned with doing anything but alienating old white people by overreaching on anything having to do with race, gender, orientation, or any of the other important social concepts liberals have made laughable between the coasts.
While this is happening you have a party leader shitting all over her challenger for being aware enough to win an election in a Trump leaning state. Her use of the same power structures that allowed Hillary to trample over less detestable human beings even as a majority of the party and country would rather eat glass than see either of those fetid old cunts be elected dog catcher.

Wouldn't disassociating yourself from the party be the worst course of action? The DNC doesn't care for independents, and you're still going to vote for them anyway because they're "the lesser of two evils!"
You should do the opposite and try to get into the Party as much as possible and make your voice heard.
