What medicine did you forget to buy? Generally, with SSRI withdrawl dizziness is a common symptom. When I have been off SSRI medication then I just haven't felt "with it". Of course, with most psychiatric medication with the exception of a few (most aren't commonly prescribed) then there's no danger withdrawing for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend it.
