What is the likelihood that blue states such as California, Oregon, Washington, and New York will pass a state law which is exactly the same thing as the Affordable Care Act?
My mind continues to think what would happen to insurance companies such as IEHP and Molina. Thanks in part to the ACA, many more Californians became eligible for these plans. The companies existed long before Barack Obama took office and I know they may continue to exist long afterward, but if the ACA gets repealed entirely then would this mean they will deny coverage for the newly insured?
Medi-Cal is a system that has existed long before the ACA and my mother recalls being on it during her pregnancy with my brother. So I am curious about rather or not the Affordable Care Act could go from a federal law down to a state law. I'm sure the blue states will really appreciate not having a say in congress, whether or not it gets repealed. What better way of saying, "fuck you" than to pass a similar law within their states only?

How come when interviewed most Americans say that the Affordable Care Act is a good idea yet when you ask them about Obamacare, the same exact thing, they get triggered? Is this mostly due to hating the fact we have/had a black man president? It always seems like the Democrats are the butt of every conspiracy theory even when nothing is there. Didn't the FBI investigate the Clinton e-mail scandal twice and decided it wasn't worth pressing criminal charges? Yet Trump is considering General Petraeus for Secretary of State. I recall this morning CNN mentioning how he was involved in a scandal which sounded all too familiar. What the hell?
