Topic was so easy to figure out. Nice try.

Just watch, all I need to do is make a post and then angry anon will come I'm spamming about Matt, causing the thread to be derailed.

OP, if you wanted to talk RWBY, all you had to do was ask!
Okay, so at the moment, I'm really interested in the dynamics with the villains. Specifically, CEM and their newly-revealed associates. Obviously, up until Volume 3, CEM were very confident in themselves. They had a plan, and were in control of the situation pretty much at all times. And their smug attitudes reflected that.
But then, that dynamic had totally changed in Volume 4. CEM are quite clearly nervous and unsure when they're with Salem and her other minions, who quite strongly exert power over CEM. It's an almost complete reversal of CEM's characterisations and situation.
Personally, I hope that CEM ultimately survive longer than Salem's three minions and grow as characters because of those difficult times. It would be some very interesting character development for them. I just like the idea of that, villains that go through adversity and grow at the same time as the heroes.
