I may be mildly responsible for Sophie's disappearance. Before they vanished then via Skype I had been trying to convince them to apply for citizenship in North Korea and defect there since they would be following their dreams but mostly because I thought it would be funny, I had given them information of how to contact the North Korea Embassy, and email the government.
> yeah pretty sure that crazy asshole is probably locked up somewhere for some death threat or another > i don't think I like you op
Going to North Korea would require them to leave the house and going to China which autphag doesn't have the resources or competency to do. I like to think they're chilling it up in North Korea with Kim Jung Un because it's a funny image.

To be fair, I was trying to help them accomplish their dreams of being a North Korean Citizen, so I was kind of helping by telling them to follow their dreams..

Sophie is beyond help and telling someone to chase their delusional pipe dreams isn't good advice

Yeah, I understand that. I figured that there was no way in hell they would be able to go to North Korea.

Honestly, I kind of miss Sophie. They had their own sort of charm if you were able to look past their word salad, and I hope they come back soon after they get the help they need.

Let's be honest, if Sophie is in North Korea then it's probably everything they've thought it would be and she's having the time of her life.
There was a case where an American with Bipolar crossed the border into North Korea trying to apply for Asylum during a manic episode. The North Korean government just kept them in a hotel for a period of time before sending them back.
