Okay, actually, I should point out that this isn't being debated in Parliament yet. Green has done a bit of a clickbait headline, here. It hasn't all been decided yet.
There has been no discussion of the censorship provisions of the digital economy bill by MPs during its committee stage, where debate has largely focused on age verification rules.
Regardless, if it passes, I will be quite angry.

This seems like a fairly pointless and unenforceable law. Are they going to screen everyone's porn before they can watch it, to make sure nothing "unconventional" happens? Will they establish a dedicated smut review department for this purpose? They'll have more applicants than you know what to do with.

I don't really care about porn sites, but this could lead to other sites such as reddit being blocked due to hosting adult content, not to mention it could potentially block innocent sites such as LGBT forums. That would be extremely damaging for a teen who is questioning their sexuality if they get blocked from helpful sites. But wait, it gets worse! The government just passed the investigatory powers bill which means all our browsing data will get stored for a year and accessed by departments like the DVLA and Food Standards Agency all without a warrant. It will also leave it vulnerable to hackers. The Tories are becoming extremely controlling, it makes you appreciate the coalition a lot more, Lib Dems blocked a lot of this. I fear for the internet in this country, it is going to become worse than China, being heavily monitored and censored, but the Tories will keep pushing through this legislation with the rhetoric it's to catch terrorists and protect the children. Our only hope is the European Court of Human Rights which is separate from the EU but May wants to take us out of anyway. I hope there is a snap general election. I will be voting Lib Dem as well, maybe even Labour.

Until just recently, I was supportive towards the Tories because, assuming Brexit is inevitable, I saw them as the safest pair of hands to steer us through it. I also appreciated the modernist, progressive sentiments that they expressed. I saw them as competent a government that wasn't too right wing.
But I simply cannot stomach unnecessary, ultra-conservative censorship. It disgusts me.
Between this, the snooper's charter and the ill-advised move to reenergise grammar schools, I think that this Tory government is taking things too far.

As fun as that would be, it wouldn't change anything. All of the polls recently predict that a general election would be a landslide for the Tories.

If anything, the polls lately have been underestimating the right wing vote. Which the Tories have locked down.
Add to that the UK's opposition party is wracked by infighting and has a deeply unpopular leader, then you don't even need to the polls to see that the next UK election would be huge Tory majority.

To be honest even I would prefer a party which keeps us in the EU but is opposed to censorship. Unfortunately not enough people know or care about these censorship laws, they will care when the Daily Mail or Daily Express gets blocked because of the smut it publishes.

At the moment, that's just the Lib Dems. Corbyn is offering only a token debate to the Tories on Brexit. He would still go forward with Brexit, even though his Momentum supporters are probably quite pro-EU.
Not sure where he stands on censorship. Though I think we can safely assume he's not as bad as the Tories.
